Posters and a limited number of oral contributions can be accepted at the conference. Please submit an abstract on one of the topics of this conference by April 11, 2026. You will be notified about the acceptance by April 30, 2026. Poster submissions will be considered until June 10, 2026.

Abstract Submission

Please submit a PDF of your abstract according to the submission guidelines.

Submission guidelinesText size must be 12 pt single spacing in Times New Roman font and must be justified. All margins (top, bottom, left and right) must be 2 cm.

The title of the abstract should be written in 14 pt in bold, authors 12 pt and affiliations 10 pt, all in Times New Roman. One graph, figure or table is allowed and optional. The format of the reference should be “Authors, Abbreviated Journal title, Volume(Issue), Page(s), Year”. The article title is not required. References with more than two authors should use “First Author et al.” as author field. The font size should be 10 pt. The abstract must not exceed one page (DIN A4 or US 8.5” x 11”) in length in total. Only electronic submission of Abstracts in PDF format will be accepted. Other submissions will not be considered.

Registration

The registration fee includes the participation the respective sessions, lunches and refreshments during the coffee breaks. The conference dinner must be booked separately.

 

    • Regular: 490 € 

 

    • PhD students: 390 €

 

    • Tutorials: 20 €

 

    • Conference dinner: 60 €

 

    • Conference dinner accompanying person: 120 € (incl. conference dinner, excl. conference)

 

 

The dinner will be at the coronation hall (Krönungssaal) of the medieval town hall (Rathaus).

Exhibition

Our ICNCE-2026 will host a trade exhibition with organisations, major projects, manufacturers and service providers of all types of neuromorphic hardware and architecture, neuromorphic algorithms and software, as well as partners who offer AI solutions and those who use them. You as a manufacturer and/or service provider are invited to present your latest developments and demonstrate new application possibilities. The exhibition at the Eurogress Centre will be an integral part of the conference and will help to make our ICNCE-2026 a comprehensive source of information for all those interested in neuromorphic computing, neuroscience and artificial intelligence. Not Included: Access to all scientific and technical sessions, welcome reception and closing ceremony.

You can rent the standard stand at a price of 120 €/m2 or you can bring your own stand.

Venue

The Conference will be held at the Eurogress Conference Center of Aachen, located in Lousberg park area, 10 min walk from the historical city center of Aachen.

Travel

By air: Aachen can be reached from four international airports (Düsseldorf, 60 min by shuttle bus; Cologne/Bonn, 90 min by airport bus and train; Brussels, 1,5 hrs by high speed train; Frankfurt, 2 hrs by high speed train). Please consider a climate compensation (e.g. by www.atmosfair.de)

By train: Aachen is connected to the European high speed train system between Cologne, Brussels and Paris.

By car: There are excellent motorway connections from all directions. If possible use an electric vehicle.
